I love this vendor you guys, seriously.  The products, scents, quality of the items I have purchased for myself from AhhhSugarSugar are always way too cute, super nourishing, and have incredible scent profiles.

You’ll want to go and follow her IG account to keep up with what’s coming and what’s new.  Most of her sales are Very quick and you need to be fast to get what you’re looking for.  There are occasional Pre-Sales with a 4-6 week TAT, so if you miss your chance at a flash sale you can score to your hearts desire there.  I got this classic sugar scrub off the most recent Valentine’s Day sale.  I am really glad I did because it was out of stock in minutes!

And boy oh BOY am I just Stupid ecstatic at scoring a jar of this!  I have come to terms recently with the fact that while I have spent most of my life always going for masculine, clean, spicy, and musky smells, I very much have a soft spot for sweet bakery smells.  Very specifically cakes, vanillas, chocolates, and strawberry cream smells.  So they list a Birthday cake meets Magically Delicious body scrub for the holiday of Love and I knew I had to have it.  I was surprised when it came in.  I guess I was not really aware of, or paying attention to the phrase “Classic” sugar scrub, because I am used to the scrubs being laden with butters and creams in a way that makes them pasty and that was not how this product comes across.  It is literally a course sugar that is Tightly packed into the jar.  You Will need to dig it out.  I am not opposed to this in any way, but I am going to look into a small wooden or metal scoop to use with this to make it easier.

The really glory of this product came across when I was done massaging it in to all of my parts and bits and stepped back in to the warm water under the shower.  I was already totally drooling over it’s Super cunty, sweet, cake and icing smell.  Dubious of the dry nature of the scrub I was getting concerned it wasn’t going to moisturize.  I. Was. Wrong.  As soon as the water started to melt and wash it away I knew that all those oils and butters, like shea and mango, had been hiding in that sugar working it’s way into my skin as I buffed away the old, tired layer on top.  Sugar helps to buff and open up the skin while being soothing, whereas salt scrubs are for more oily skin to help absorb the excess and leave you soft and light.

I was left with Well nourished and Extremely soft skin.  Lightly smelling of sweet cakes and Saturday morning cereal, I wish there was a matching body butter to let me take the scent with me all day.  I know not everyone can be into this.  My roommate/best friend for example can not in any facet deal with sweet or bakery smells.  It literally gags him.  So I understand where this may turn some of you off, but for those who do like the more sugary side of life, This Is Your Jam!  Jump on it!
